About
me
I am a shamanic practitioner and teacher
grounded in more than 40 years of spiritual
practice. From 1969 to 2001, I lived in Ramagiri
Ashram, the residential headquarters of the Blue
Mountain Center of Meditation founded by Eknath
Easwaran. Ashram life involved an intense
meditation practice balanced by the practicalities
of living and working with 50 people, the ashram
family.
For the last 11 years I have
studied and experienced shamanic practices
intensively with excellent teachers and healers,
shamanic circles, Tibetan and Nepali shamans and
my loving and lovely helping spirits.
For the last 7 years I have taught classes
in shamanic journeying and advanced healing
techniques. I have a shamanic practice in
Sebastopol, CA (north of San Francisco) and offer
shamanic healing and mentoring sessions both in
person and long
distance.
