curious about shamanism? What is a shaman?
Is it
possible to access spiritual knowledge, love and
help for ourselves and the planet?
This
experiential workshop will offer an introduction
to shamanic journeying. Using a repetitive
drumbeat, you will travel to other “worlds” to
meet a power animal and a teacher. You will experience
methods of healing and divination for yourself,
others and the planet.
Open unseen realms of humor
and wisdom. Learn to journey in a kind and
gentle environment.

DYING AND BEYOND,
SHAMANICALLY

The subject of death is
very much present in our lives and in the lives
of those whose lives touch ours. What about our
own death? What about the important question:
what happens after death? What happens to those
who suffer traumatic deaths? How can a shamanic
practice help us to help the dead as well as the
living?
A shamanic exploration of
these important questions is the focus of this
powerful shamanic
training.
A shaman is a man or
woman who works with spiritual healing. A shaman
heals both the living and the dead. The way that
a shaman heals the dead is by performing
psychopomp work. The word psychopomp comes from
psychopompus which is a Greek term meaning
leader or conductor of souls.
In this 2 day
workshop we’ll use shamanic journeying and
ceremony to explore dying and ways of healing
the dead including psychopomp work.
Good journey skills are

is an offering
of practical and spiritual methods that we
can use to empower ourselves, personally
and spiritually, in order to shine our
light in
the world.
We will experience
tools for transformation drawn from shamanism,
meditation, and the law of attraction. It’s no
Secret!
This class will give you
tools and insights to enhance your practice and
your personal life. Using shamanic journeying,
you will identify your main sources of power,
your main spirit allies and your main “power
leaks”. You will learn methods to remove
limiting beliefs and unwanted influences. You
will learn ways to incorporate your discoveries
into your everyday life, bringing balance and
beauty.
In this class, I will
draw on the shamanic traditions of
Hawaii, Nepal/Tibet, and the
Celtic tradition, as well as my own years of
spiritual practice and shamanic
training.
People who have taken this
class find that they feel more powerful. They
notice that they respond to challenges in new,
more empowered ways. They notice this in their
homes, at work, and in challenging
situations.

AN INTRODUCTION TO SHAMANIC
EXTRACTION

This intensive one day
workshop is for those who want to learn about
extraction as a shamanic healing
method.
Extraction training is an advanced
course that teaches participants how to work and
merge with a power animal or teacher to remove
thought forms that may be causing imbalance or
illness in their client. Successful
shamanic journeying skills are a prerequisite
for this class.
Pre-requisite: Participants
must be practicing shamanic journeying and
working with their power animal(s) and
teacher(s). Please contact Sarah if you have

Healing
with Spiritual Light
To be

The focus
of Healing
with Spiritual Light will be on learning new
methods of healing that can be integrated into
your shamanic healing
practice. Participants will explore the use
of transfiguration (shapeshifting into your own
divinity) as well as methods of merging with
helping spirits to go beyond traditional healing
methods and engage the power of the universe
that knows how to heal and transmute
illness.
